1. Admission
Admission is subject to possession of a valid ticket and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the Event site without refund where their behaviour is considered:
- unsafe
- illegal
- disruptive
- abusive
- likely to cause nuisance, distress or damage
Security searches, including bag searches, may be carried out as a condition of entry.
Failure to comply with reasonable instructions from Event staff, security or stewards may result in refusal of entry or removal from the site.
2. Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable except in the event of full cancellation of the Event.
Tickets must be retained at all times and produced on request.
Tickets may be presented in printed or digital format.
The Organiser reserves the right to invalidate tickets that are resold or transferred in breach of ticket provider terms.
3. Age Restrictions
Friday evening is strictly over-18s only.
Saturday is a family-friendly event.
Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
The Event operates a strict Challenge 25 policy.
Accepted forms of identification include:
- Valid passport
- Photocard driving licence
- PASS-approved proof of age card
Under-18s will be issued with different coloured wristbands.
4. Re-Entry
Re-entry to the Event site is not permitted after 7pm.
5. Food & Drink
No food or drink may be brought into the Event site.
Alcohol purchased off site may be confiscated and may not be returned.
A range of licensed bars and food vendors will operate within the Event.
6. Prohibited Items
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person carrying items deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
These may include (but are not limited to):
- illegal substances
- weapons or items capable of causing harm
- fireworks, flares or pyrotechnics
- glass containers
- large structures including gazebos
- excessive furniture
- drones
- sound systems
- generators
- any item which may obstruct access routes or create safety risks
7. Behaviour & Conduct
Visitors must behave in a respectful and responsible manner.
The Organiser reserves the right to remove any person who:
- behaves aggressively or abusively
- is excessively intoxicated
- damages property
- endangers the safety of others
- fails to follow Event rules
No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
8. Safety & Security
Security personnel and stewards will be present throughout the Event.
CCTV may be used for public safety and crime prevention.
Visitors must comply with all safety announcements and instructions.
9. Weather & Programme Changes
The Event is an outdoor event and will proceed in all reasonable weather conditions.
No refunds will be issued due to adverse weather.
The Organiser reserves the right to alter:
- programme
- line-up
- timings
- facilities
- site layout
where reasonably necessary.
10. Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, delay or changes to the Event arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control including (but not limited to):
- severe weather
- fire
- flood
- acts of terrorism
- public health emergencies
- government restrictions
- utility failure
- industrial disputes
11. Parking & Vehicles
Free parking is available on site.
Vehicles may be left overnight but are entirely at the owner’s risk.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
12. Personal Property
Visitors bring personal belongings onto the site at their own risk.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage.
13. Accessibility
The Event takes place on a countryside site with uneven terrain and slopes.
While reasonable efforts will be made to assist visitors, some areas may not be fully accessible.
Visitors with accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact the Organiser in advance.
14. Safeguarding
The welfare of children and vulnerable persons is taken seriously.
Any safeguarding concerns should be reported immediately to Event staff or security.
Lost children will be cared for by trained staff until reunited with their responsible adult.
15. Animals
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted on site.
16. Licensing
Alcohol will only be supplied in accordance with licensing law.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse alcohol service in line with Challenge 25 and responsible retailing policies.
17. Filming & Photography
The Event may be filmed, photographed or recorded.
By entering the site visitors consent to the use of their image for promotional purposes without compensation.
18. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to this, attendance at the Event is at the visitor’s own risk.
19. General
These Terms form part of the conditions of entry.
Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Event.
