🎟️ Tickets & Entry

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable except in the unlikely event of festival cancellation. Full details are contained within the Festival Terms & Conditions.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Tickets may be shown on a mobile device or in printed format.

Can I buy tickets on the gate?
Gate sales may be available subject to capacity. Advance purchase is strongly recommended.

Is re-entry permitted?
Re-entry is not permitted after 7pm.

What time do gates open?
Opening times will be confirmed via the website and official social media channels prior to the event.


👨‍👩‍👧 Age Policy

Is the festival family friendly?
Yes. Saturday is designed as a relaxed family-friendly festival day.

Is Friday age restricted?
Yes. Friday evening is strictly over-18s only.

Do children need to be accompanied?
Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Will ID be required?
Yes. The festival operates a strict Challenge 25 policy.
Accepted forms of ID include passport, photocard driving licence or PASS-approved ID.

Under-18s will be issued with different coloured wristbands.


🍺 Food & Drink

Can I bring my own food or drink?
No food or drink may be brought into the festival site. A wide range of festival bars and street food vendors will be available throughout the event.

What drinks will be available?
A varied selection of drinks will be available including real ales, beers, ciders, spirits, soft drinks and other festival favourites.


💳 Bar Payments

Festival bars accept both cash and card payments
Visitors are advised to bring card payment methods, although some vendors may also accept cash.


🚗 Travel & Parking

Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available on site.

Can I leave my vehicle overnight?
Vehicles may be left overnight if required, but this is entirely at the owner’s risk.

Can taxis access the site?
Yes. Taxis may drop off and pick up at the Titsey Taproom car park.
Due to the rural location, pre-booking is strongly recommended.

🪑 Chairs, Blankets & Gazebos

Visitors are welcome to bring small foldable chairs and picnic blankets.

Gazebos, large parasols or structures that may obstruct views or create safety hazards are not permitted.


🎒 Bag Searches & Prohibited Items

Security checks and bag searches may be carried out on entry to ensure the safety of visitors, staff and performers.

Items that may be refused entry include (but are not limited to):

  • Alcohol or food brought from outside the event
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons or items deemed dangerous
  • Fireworks, flares or pyrotechnics
  • Large structures or furniture
  • Glass containers
  • Any items considered unsafe by event security

♿ Accessibility

Titsey Spring Festival is held on a working countryside site with uneven ground and sloped terrain.

While we will make every reasonable effort to be as accommodating as possible, some areas of the site may not be fully accessible for all disabilities.

Visitors with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact the event organisers in advance so we can provide guidance where possible.


🐕 Animals

Only registered assistance dogs are permitted on site.


⛑️ Welfare & First Aid

Professional first aid provision will be available on site.

Lost children or welfare concerns should be reported immediately to event staff, security or stewards.


🌧️ Weather

Titsey Spring Festival is an outdoor all-weather event.
Please dress appropriately for weather and ground conditions.


🔐 Safety & Behaviour

Security staff and stewards will be present throughout the event.
Anyone behaving in a way that may cause danger, distress or disruption may be refused entry or removed from the site.

CCTV may be in operation for public safety and crime prevention.
